At NT 3D Railroad, LLC we want you to be happy with your purchase.
•  You may return unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.
•  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
•  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
•  Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
•  Defective items: Please contact us with photos before returning so we can resolve the issue quickly.
